Submit an Incident Report

LEIA Nigeria operates a voluntary incident reporting scheme for lifting-related incidents, near-misses, and dangerous occurrences across Nigeria. All reports are treated confidentially.

Reported incidents help LEIA develop targeted safety bulletins and training content, and contribute to a better industry-wide understanding of lifting risks and causal factors. You do not need to be a member to submit a report.

Confidential
All reports are handled in strict confidence. Personal details may be anonymised.
Non-Punitive
Reports are for learning and improvement only. LEIA does not share data with regulators without consent.
